1.  All orders will reqiure 50% down payment upfront. The 50% will be refunded if item is not available or if there is an issue that is due to us at Trinity Apparel. If there is an issue due to the customer (change of mind) or any other issues, then the 50% may(requires owners approval) be given in store credit. Orders are subject to shipping fee of $10.00.  Shipping fees determined depending upon weight. Rush delivery will be additional.    

2.  All orders not paid in full upon arrival of the item(s) will be placed in a layaway status,counting from the day that the order was placed(read below).

 

3.  Layaways will be for 30, 60 or 90 days. Layaway requires 50% downpayment. After that,full balance will be due by the end of the lay-way period.

 

4.  After the lay-way end date the down payment and all other payments will be forfieted.
